i want take lap of now() function, now() function cell is in this format
hh:mm:ss.000
for every action, cut, copy, paste now() function return time, i want to capture time in another cell and save.
i mean to say now() data come adjacent cell make it paste special is well not change

Change your sheet names to be the same syntax.

general in sql we have convert to number

we have the formula to_number(Page XXX, 99999)
the it will come in order
