auto copy function

Hi,

I have this spreadsheet (attached). I would like:

1. Extract data from this spreadsheet (initially) and auto update in a second spreadsheet whenever this spreadsheet is updated.
2. I only want to know information about operator "a" (only date, solids, days, weight), not everything.

Thx in advance for looking into this. Anything I can do to help, please let me know
