I don't see the purpose of the shape/icon.
It looks like you would want an Import and Clear macros. Those can be called in command button controls or shapes. The main issue with your code is that you did not define range names. I guess those would be the column heading cells. You also need to add the Outlook object in VBEs Tools > References. |
