Because that's just how things often are when you use VBA for jobs that can be done better with formulae. In any event, your current worksheet updates quite quickly, so that shouldn't be an issue.

can you help me to set automaticly the red lines
the function mod(b$3,4)=0 is no good. Because when the red line is between week 51 and 52 then 52 of the past year is the first colum of the block of 4 of the new year
