Help on separate a single text cell into multi cells by coding

Please help me separating a single text cell into many cells by using a code i attached a excel fill containing the source data and the final data thank you in advance

This is called reverse processsing, whowever produced the input sheet must have the raw data you want - ask them for it

Someone has already processed this set of results so there is no point in doing it again
