Hi,

Perhaps this may help. I found it on line.

test = Application.WorksheetFunction.Index(Sheets("Worker s List").Range("C3:C13"), Application.WorksheetFunction.Match(1, Sheets("Workers List").Range("D313"), 0), 1)
