To meet your exact needs you'd have write your own macro. Some of us here would help you develop it, but I thought I'd show you what's involved.

It's probably just a matter of terminology, but let me correct one thing in your description:The email wouldn't do it. Your macro would create the email, then pull the data from the relevant row and put it into the email. Probably that's what you meant; I just wanted to be sure.
