Default does anyone freelance or design forms in word?

i have several forms that i need designed in ms word. some are already in PDF, some i just have JPG of. most are just simple tables. if you are interested, pm me or send me a message or you can email me at wgibbs at tds dot net and i will send you a sample form over and you can look at it and let me know. thanks!!!
