How to enable lock picture aspect ratio when inserting picture for background in MS Word?

create this macro, one click and all images on the current doc will have locked aspect ratio on:

Sub LockAspectRatioForAllImages()
Dim pic As InlineShape
For Each pic In ActiveDocument.InlineShapes
If pic.Type = wdInlineShapePicture Then
pic.LockAspectRatio = msoTrue
End If
Next pic
End Sub
