Default Footer image slides off-screen when made inline

Hi there,

I hope you can please help me. I have a document using Word 2016.

I have an image in the footer which stretches across the whole screen. It sits bottom left of the page and streches completely to the other side.

When I run the accessiblility test in Word, it picks up on the fact that this image is not inline. However, if I change that image to inline, it slides the image off the screen to the right hand side and upwards about 150% of the height of the image.

It won't let me move the image back to where I need it to be.

Can anyone please tell me how I can make this image inline, but put it back at the bottom of the page, and strecthing across the screen how it was originally.

I appreciate any help you can give me.
