How do I edit the axis labels in this graph?

Hello,
I am trying to translate the axis labels (horizontal and vertical), but cannot find the way to do it. The graph was isolated from a Word document.

Right-click on the picture, then choose Group>Ungroup>Yes. The text will then become accessible. Some of the elements may move around and require repositioning, though.

Thank you. The Group/Ungroup commands are greyed out - how do I make them active?

They're accessible in your attachment. The other way is to click on the picture then choose Group>Ungroup from the Picture Tools tab on the Ribbon.
