There isn't a Microsoft Office application that I know of that can do that sensibly.
But you could install Inkscape which is a free graphics application that can do it. See this video for one tutorial to give you an idea of how it is done there https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEtzyeFy_Ts Other graphics applications like Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw can probably do this too.
