Default Auto formatting pictures

Hello. I create documents that typically have 20 - 30 pictures in them. I insert the pics from a folder onto a page and then want to automatically format them to be a certain size (always the same) and have a double line border. That's it.... Right now that takes about 8 mouse clicks to accomplish. I'd like to make it one click.... Should i create a "style" to apply or is there another "one click" option for formatting the pictures? I've tried to create a style with no luck...

Thoughts?
