Update-the problem persists! I have again uninstalled, and reinstalled Office 2016, this time the 32-bit version. I've made sure that all add-ins are disabled. Again, as soon the "draw" tab is activated, the program crashes. Opening, and then closing in safe mode seems to temporarily "fix"the issue for approximately 24 hours. All other programs and systems seem to work fine on the computer. I'm getting to the very end of the return period for the computer. Any other suggestions?
