I do not want to improve the quality with rescaling. I just want not to lose the quality with making a photo smaller.
What will happen in quality if an actual photo be inserted into Word and make it's sizes smaller? Does Word maintain the quality of photos while making the photo smaller from Picture Tools>Format tab?
