Before printing use print preview, it will save you lots of paper. Additionally, I would change around the settings on the picture under Text Wrapping in the Format tab, choose behind the text so that the image doesnt interfear

Thanks for your reply, I had done that, and the print preview show it fine, it isn't until you actually print that I have the problem. I have started to print to PDF to save the paper :-) Any more tips would be welcome.
