I've bodged it. I adjusted the properties of the images so that they hang 269 mm down from the top of the page. My address text etc is in the footer box with spaces underneath to raise the text up just above the pictures.

Is this a normal way to do this? Whatever, it works so now I'll try to mark this thread solved.
