I've made some progress by editing the image properties of the logo's but I'm not there yet.

• Right click on logo, Format picture.
• Layout tab.
• Advanced button.
• Picture position tab, change to
  • Vertical
  • Alignment
  • Bottom relative to page.

This puts the image behind the footer box at the bottom of the page, but now it's outside the printable area and the bottom 6mm of the logo's are missing.

I can put my address text into the footer box and this will now raise up and push the bottom of the body text up and over the footer.

More experimentation to come, but is this the 'correct' way?
