So, nothing can be done if you formatted the doc and then realized you need to change something. Shame. Can it help if you put a page break infront of the pages with images? anywhere where it can be, as it will move everything down the same way they have been so far. |

That is not what was said. You can, but the changes in overall document layout that result mean everything further down in the document has to adjust. Consequently, everything further down in the document has to be reviewed and any unwanted effects corrected.
