Hi ShSimpson,

On the assumption the pictures aren't in-line with the text, you could use a macro like:

Sub Reformat()
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Dim oShp As Shape
For Each oShp In ActiveDocument.Shapes
  With oShp
    .ScaleHeight 0.75, False
    .ScaleWidth 0.75, False
  End With
Next oShp
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
MsgBox "Finished Reformatting."
End Sub

Note that this will resize every kind of non-inline shape in the document.
