After you insert a picture, Right-click on the picture and select "Format Picture". Click on the "Layout" tab. Then select "In Front of text" as your wrapping style. Click ok and it should work.

Thanks Turnbuk. I was concentrating on getting the object sorted out and not thinking about sorting out the actual picture!
