Assuming you have shifts of resources, yes. Create resources in the resource sheet and then create a day shift and night shift calendar. Assign the calendars to the resource(s). You can also create a 'team' by increasing the max units. For example, if you have 5 people on the day shift, set the max units to 500%. You can then assign the 500% (5 people) to the task and see the correct work calculated.
