You need to use the mail merge function of Word to get your data out of Excel and into Word in an attractive format. I know you're not making letters, but this would probably fall under the "directory" option of the mail merge settings. Doing this is a 4-step process. Thank your for your relpy I got what I needed done though. I converted my excel to a XML file, then I learned XSL-T to convert that XML file into the formate that I wanted it. Then it loaded into a HTML file and I copy and pasted all that into a word file and printed it to a PFD file.
