Q1. How to create a calendar with every other Saturday as working time?

A1. I can easily modify the standard / new generated calender, but we can only mark all Saturdays off. I want to mark 1st and 3rd Saturday off for 4 years calender, because if we modify the calendar manually, it takes alot of time.

Q2. How to copy that calendar to Global?
A2. Already known.

Q3. About version?
A3. Currently I am using MS project 2007, while I already searched the same in 2013 but same problem occurs.
