Hi Luis,

The procedures I've outlined work for merging to documents, which is fine if you're sending the mailmerges as attachments, though the recipients may find they'll need to press Ctrl-A, F9 to update the fields in the document before the links work properly.

For clickable hyperlinks in an email plain text message, all you need is to use an ordinary mergefield that references the relevant url data field. However, your images (which aren't text) won't get sent with a plain text email.

As HTML mailmerges can only be sent when using Outlook as the e-mail client (i.e. it doesn't work with Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail), and I don't use Outlook, I can't say what works or doesn't work in that case.
