I think they're numbered windows of the same workbook. Close one of them and those numbers should disappear.
Here, my file is called Data-13.xlsx, one window shows
Data-13.xlsx - 1
the other shows
Data-13.xlsx - 2
I'm guessing this is the equivalent of what you're seeing. (I'm on Office 365)
