If you are using the Normal style for all your body text paragraphs, you can search for the Normal style and replace with No Spacing.
Press Ctrl+H to display the Find & Replace dialog box. Click the More button to see all options. Click in the "Find what" box and click Format > Style to locate the
Normal style. Similarly, click in the "Replace with" box and specify the
No Spacing style.
Click Replace All to complete the replacement.
