So, after completing the steps in post #3, the TOC is pasted as appearing like it's hyperlinked, but it actually isn't. If I then use Ctrl + Shift + F9, the hyperlinks go away, but the left side numbers show up as underlined. Could this have to do with the styles?

I am testing this at home and my styles at home are not setup like I have them at work. At home, I can not chose the default "Book Title" style and it appears without the underline.

Also, one last question, is there a way to get two spaces between the paragraph numbers in the TOC and the beginning of the title for that paragraph?

I know, two spaces is archaic, but guaranteed, where I work they will not accept this with only one space between the paragraph number and the paragraph title.
