This is a form protected for filling in forms. There is no way to do anything about spelling without unprotecting the form. Once you can unprotect it, you can use special macros to enable spell checking. I've returned your form to you unprotected.

Note that spell checking is working in the form for all but the formfields. That is by design. How to enable the spellchecker in a protected document
