Default envelopes and printing

when printing envelopes in word,I get my default return address shows up when i open the program. is there a way to save addresses to which i am sending mail? I hate having to constantly type envelopes to regularly used addresses. is there a way to have a folder or a drop down to click on the name and address and have it fill in the way the default return address does? sorry for the c=dumb question, word noob.

No need to apologize. Check out this link, http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...in=HA101857701 to know the process.
