Default Word 2007 default formating

Folks- I'm curious to know if there is a hotkey or some simple way to reset to my default formatting after a copy/paste insertion changes things. I run Word 2007 under Vista SP2. -Gary

Use the Paste Option that says Keep Text Only. Or use Home tab | Paste | Paste Special and choose to paste "Unformatted Text."

If you are trying to reset formatting to that of the underlying style, select the text and press Ctrl+SpaceBar (clears font formatting not in style) and Ctrl+Q (clears paragraph formatting not in style).
