Find and Replace multiple lines/paragraphs
I apoliogize up front if this is covered elsewhere, but i couldnt find the answer. it seems like it would be a common request. I have a document which includes a particular paragraph of text multiple times. I would like to a find and replace for this paragraph and replace it with a different paragraph. Is there a way to do this within MS Word? |

Are you referring to a particular piece of text? In that case, just find and replace as usual.
On the other hand, if you are referring to the formatting of the text, note that you can find and replace formatting as well. In the Replace dialog box (Ctrl+H), make sure to click the More button so that you see all options. Then use the Format button to specify the desired formatting to search for and replace with.
