Find and Replace multiple lines/paragraphs

I apoliogize up front if this is covered elsewhere, but i couldnt find the answer. it seems like it would be a common request.

I have a document which includes a particular paragraph of text multiple times. I would like to a find and replace for this paragraph and replace it with a different paragraph.

Is there a way to do this within MS Word?
