Hi IsabelleB,
MS Doesn't provide an easy way for users to customize the Office 2007 Ribbon. See: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...010227754.aspx However, there are tools to help with customization. See: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...mizeRibbon.htm
