The problem appears even when I open the 'Table Of Content' dialog in 'Reference' ribbon. In this dialog in the problematic documet the 2 build-in-automatic-tables that are suggested to me, the page numbers appear in the left side, unlike all other documents that I open in which in this dialog the header are in the left and the page number are in the right.
It's word template dialog even that changed
If I could attach a screen-shot to this forum it could make it quickly understoond

So the change should be in the document level styling/ formatting/ template...

Do you usually click the Quick Reply button? If you then click the Go Advanced button, you should find a Manage Attachments button at the bottom of the page.

Sorry, I tried both quick reply and regular post reply and there was no 'advanced button' or any other button that allows attachments. Perhaps it's enabled only for authorized users.

In respnse to your previous answer:

check the language formatting of the TOC styles
Where can I set the language formatting of the TOC in MS-word 2010?

The Go Advanced button should be below the message box (in the Quick Reply form). I don't know why you can't see it. :-(

To modify a TOC style (which determines the formatting of a specific level of the TOC): Place the insertion point in a level 1 item of the table of contents. Press Ctrl+Shift+S to display the Apply Styles pane; you'll notice that the style name says "TOC 1." Click the Modify button. In the Modify Style dialog, click Format and then click Language. Make sure to specify the desired language. Click OK to confirm changes. Repeat this for the other TOC styles.
