Rotate Page and Content Within It.
Hello,
I am trying to rotate my page and content from landscape to portrait. The page has some pictures and text in it. When I rotate the page in "page setup" the page moves but the content stays the same. Is there a way to completely rotate the page and pictures at once? I am trying to do this because I want to add a header and footer to the document. Thanks for the Help |

Hi walker140,
Adding a header & footer wouldn't ordinarily require rotating anything. However, if you have a landscape page in a document formatted for headers & footers, you'll end up with the header & footer along the long edges, rather than along the short edges. The way to deal with that is to unlink the landscape Section's header & footer from the previous & following Sections' headers & footers, then use textboxes for the landscape Section's header & footer, with the textbox sized & positioned appropriately and its content rotated. See: http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Format...apeSection.htm
