Word Form Problem
I created a word form that has an issue. I have check box form fields (non active x) on top in a table and plain text content controls in tables below. If you click on one of the check boxes, it locks up the text content controls below unless you tab out of all of the check boxes. In other words, if you click on a check box and then click on a text control, the text control is locked. You have to click on a check box again and tab all the way through the check boxes to open up the text controls again. Anybody know what's going on? |

Hi firewatch,
You really shouldn't use formfields and content controls in the same document. However, since Word 2007 lacks a content control checkbox (first introduced in Word 2010), you should consider using a dropdown instead. This has the advantage that you can see whether a choice has been skipped over.
