MS Word Header & Footer
I am using windows Vista and would like to know if you can make the header and footer appear on the first page of the document. When I prepare a letter that are a few pages the header and footer appear on all the pages. I can make the H&F appear on the odd pages but does not work if the letter is more than 2 pages.
