Default Include URL in StyleRef?

I have a document that includes the same hyperlinked text in multiple places. It's important to use the complete entry each time (so something like cross references wouldn't be appropriate). I thought StyleRef might be an option, but even if I format the field as a hyperlink, it doesn't capture the URL. There are actually numerous fields that are repeated, so copying/pasting is tedious and introduces a big potential for human error. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion, Julie. I considered that but don't think it will work. I need both the text and the hyperlink to be included, and I don't think autocorrect has the option to include a hyperlink (I believe autocorrect actually ignores linked text).

I also considered mail merge (this document is published monthly, and the variables I'm trying to automate are different variables). But that doesn't seem to offer the ability to insert hyperlinked text, either.

Default Ucluded URL in StyleRef

I tried AutoCorrect entries as formatted text complete with URL and it worked fine for me.
Repeatly going to the same place. AutoCorrect also allows to insert the hyperlink - if you chose formatted text.

I did the same thing with bookmarked text so I could use the hyperlink within a document to see if you could enter an AutoCorrect entry this way, that also both again inserted no problem.

You might want to up load your document as it always easier to solve the problem when you can see it.

Know doubt the brains on here will give you a solution.

I will also be following this thread to see what else can be learned or achieve a more efficient way.

Best of luck.
