save as pdf changes font

I have taken great care to format a document consistently but when I save it as a PDF document parts of the content are bold. Nothing consistent, it could be in mid sentence.

Anyone have any idea as to way?

Found the solution in Word Options > Save

Disable "do not embed common system fonts"
