Macros and special characters.
I write novels and often set up a Macro for long names, such as using Alt+P for 'Parsling Bradley'. You get the idea! But I would very much like to do the same for names that include letters in Greek fonts or with accents. Right now I either have to go to Charactermap and extract each letter one by one or copy the word from previous use. So! How do you insert from Charactermap into a Macro? regards, Old Zack. |

Why not use the AutoCorrect option.
I selected my text, used the AutoCorrect option and gave it the name greekman. The next time I typed greekman and pressed the space bar it put in πІЋИЛЭЮΉΊΌΏΒΕΗΘ for me. For convenience you could put the AutoCorrect option on the QAT bar. Just a thought. |
