Default Mail Template

Hello, I'd like to create an email template with three important fields which I'd like to get automatically updated.

The first one is the current date, the second is the current date + 1 day and the third fields is the signature of the writer.

As alternative I was thinking about a word document with these fields and as sson as the coument is filled and ready to be sent to send it via email directly from Word.

I'm sorry but I am at my first experiences in "programming" something.

Someone of you have some suggestions?

Thanks, L
