Default How to Auto Maximize docs?

Microsoft Word 2010 won't automatically 'maximize' when I open documents anymore after I accidentally hit a screen button –I’m not sure which one. rather they open thinly and I can see the desktop in the background. Can any one help me rectify this. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Thx

JRJ

Default

Close all Word windows except one. Then click the Maximize button (the second button from the right) at the top right corner of the window. The next time you open Word, it should display maximized.
