Hi people



I have a problem that means i'm unable to open a word file that has a document template that does not exist anymore. Word just freezes and i have to ALt ctrl delete to stop it.

On other machines it works with no problems, although it does take a while to open which is understandable.

It does the same on various versions of word so i'm guessing its more to do with the operating system althougn any help would be very much appreciated!!
