I have a workstation with oulook, word and excel 2003 installed, I have recently upgraded outlook to 2007 and the send to exchange option has disappeared from word 2003.

I know that this option has been removed from Office 2007 but still require it in this instance I have tried the 2007 workaround where you add the option back to the toolbar but this seems exclusive to 2007 and the option is not available in 2003.

Just a quick update, I readded the Exchange Folder option as per the following article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927384 but it is always greyed out for some reason, maybe an option in outlook 2007 needs to be set?
