Default Word Help

Hello all,

I am work for an organisation that has three sites and I am trying to design a word template for the company.

I have a drop down list for a user to choose the site address depending on where they are based. What I want to try and do is to get the address field populated automatically as the relevant site has been picked from the drop down list.

I have been playing around with IF fields but haven't got far and would be very grateful if someone could point me towards the right direction.

Many thanks in advance.

MM

Maybe this should be directed to the VBA area of this forum - or maybe three different templates with the different addresses. Looking forward to the answer in VBA - can understand it - just can't do it and the people on here my heros. Sorry this is not the answer you have been waiting for. If you do get a result to your question, please post it back here to enable others to achieve the same.
