Default Adding Macro menu to the right click menu (Word 2007)

Hi, I have a user that has asked me to add another menu to the right click menu in Word '07. His actual ticket to me was:

"I think the way it usually works is that you can right-click on any area of the document, bringing up a macro menu from which you can choose different options, such as different styles of questions (single radio, multi, grid, etc.) page breaks, and such. My problem is that I don't have this option when I open the menu with a right-click."

Any ideas? I'm not fluent with adding things to the right click menu or Macros themselves.
