Text in the Balloon

Hi
I am an instructor and I grade papers with the use of the Comment Balloons. How do I effectively change the text size of the balloon text on a file that has been saved with different formats. The comments appear on the right side of the paper. If possible I would like a macro that would automatically change the Balloon text on each student's paper
