If by "dynamic" you mean "immediate," using an OLE link is probably the best approach. Create a separate document with the content you want to reuse, then Paste Special (as link) into each of the target documents.
An alternative is to create an AutoText entry and insert it in various documents via the AUTOTEXT field. After you have modified the AutoText, you can update the field in each target. A third possibility is saving the header text in a separate document and use the INCLUDETEXT field to add this content into the target documents.
