Default can't get text to stay aligned for printing

Hi there

I hope somebody can help me with this issue. I have a problem with printing my thesis from MS Word as my word document won't stay aligned after I click 'print'. In the print preview huge gaps are left at my cross reference fields. Some of my text also changes in style.

Any idea how I can rectify this?

TIA!

Cher

Hi Cher
First thing to check is that your printer driver is up to date. Yiu can do this by searching for an updated driver.
Failing that are you able to post a sample so we canm see exactly what is happening?
Good luck.
Tony
